Lover Awakened the third book in the series, but my fourth read, was positively amazeballs. I wanted this book before I was even finished with Rhage’s book, and I went out that same night to buy it. The way Bella and Zsadist are together in Rhages book, alluded to the cosmic kind of love that their story would possess. I wanted it. I anticipated it, and I was not at all disappointed.
They were so good together it hurt to let them go. They were so perfect together, I wanted more of them in the next book, more than I wanted to hear about the lead characters.
How many stars: 5
Main Characters: Zsadist and Bella were totally amazing. Zsadist was a perfect broken hero. He was the right amount of dangerous, but the perfect amount of consideration and tenderness for Bella. He was a hero. As a heroine, Bella was absolutely great. She went after her man, but she wasn’t afraid to be pissed off. She is no shrinking violet.
Story: The story was great. You got to really understood Zsadist and where he was coming from, but more importantly, you got to love him and want Bella for him even more. She was–is–his perfect antidote. And together they had a sweet and passionate story that leaves you salivating for more.
Would I re-read: This book is re-read worthy. I think I read it again, after I was done. It was way too perfectly good. I wanna give spoilers–but I wont.
Improvements: There really wasn’t any improvements as oppose to, just needed more of them. Needed a little bit more of them towards the end. Just like another 5 pages, minimum.
Topping: This book was my Extra Caramel swirl on the most amazingly made frappuccino. The amount of extra caramel was amazing on top of the light whip cream, and it looked nice instead of sloppy. Loved It, Loved It!!
